What is Xenia?

Xenia is a fast-growing wedding venue group, operating in the south of England.

We are actively seeking venues to purchase and we have robust funding to do so.

We operate ethically and discretely to ensure that existing bookings are honoured, and the current team are given the opportunities to develop their careers under the new ownership.

What is the perfect venue for us?

The UK is fortunate in having a huge choice of venues, but we are looking for a particular stamp of venue, typically, but not exclusively, barns and country houses where wedding guests can feel at home.

Ideally we are looking for the following but we will invest in obtaining the required consents and developing the site if needed:

• Currently hosting weddings, with the planning consents and licences required to hold weddings year round.
• Space to seat 80+ guests for the ceremony or reception.
• Gardens or grounds of 3+ acres, ideally 8-12 acres.
• Accommodation for 8+ guests
• Parking for 40+ cars
• Situated within 2 hours of London or along the M4 corridor towards Bristol, Bath or the Cotswolds.
• Available freehold or a 30+ year leasehold.
