So you're not getting enough interviews ...
It could be because your resume includes formatting that causes Applicant Tracking Systems to block it.
It might be because you're not investing enough time and effort customizing your resume to meet that individual hiring manager's needs.
It also could be because you're using publicly available information (including the job description) that doesn't give you any advantage, includes obsolete information (including the wrong criteria), causing you to brand yourself as the wrong fit.
But maybe it's not resume pre-screening databases that are blocking you from interviews. Maybe it's ...
... Maybe it's humans who are choosing to not interview you.
Maybe it's recruiters who see that you've created an average resume, described yourself as qualified for the job, when they have far more qualified candidates than interview spots. Even more qualified resumes than they'll have time to read.
Maybe it's hiring managers who believe they'll find candidates who are better than just qualified, but potential employees who can prove their success.
Maybe your resume needs more cowbell.

More cowbell doesn't mean fancier graphics (unless you're a graphic designer)., because unless you're a graphic designer, formatting takes attention away from what hiring managers really care about.
They care about the content, not that you included fancy formatting that has no bearing on how well you can do your job.
Think about why a hiring manger would choose you when they expect many times more qualified candidates than available interview spots - That's the cowbell you need. Why would they think you're worth an interview (not why you think you're worth it).
If you already knew how to show hiring managers more of the cowbell they're interested in, you'd already be doing it.
Since you don't know how to do this yourself, why not learn from someone who does ... especially when I'm offering it to you for free.
I help people solve the most difficult job search problems, including job search acceleration, getting past ATSs, ageism, remote positions, product/job function/career/industry/ geographic change, unemployment, "bouncy" recent career path, job search turnaround, seeking raise/promotion, industry in decline/consolidation, long term gaps, family leave, or other of the most challenging job search issues.
