Does Your Mental Health Services Seem Like Just Bandaids?

Does Your Mental Health Services Seem Like Just Bandaids?

May is Mental Health Awareness Month (#mentalhealthmonth) giving some attention to an ever-increasing pandemic of mental issues where no one practice seems to correct any one problem.

For me, suffering from self-sabotage all my adult life seemed to manifest itself into more issues like suicide ideation, erratic behaviors of all kinds resulting in ‘many’ job changes. In fact, for the first ten years after retiring from the U.S. Navy, I went into eleven career fields in seven industries with the same result – fired or quit every time. Sound familiar? I bet it does.

Thank you to all of those who worked to make an entire month this elusive situation within most of us from what I read at least a couple of times per month.

Mental health, it seems, tends to prescribe the latest drug to treat a symptom their patients are dealing with and not looking for a way to find what drives the behavior – my opinion. Dr. Sigmund Freud?was an Austrian neurologist and the founder of psychoanalysis, a clinical method for evaluating and treating pathologies in the psyche (Wikipedia).

Dr. Freud helped his patients using hypnosis to find an event in early childhood that would drive repetitive behaviors in adults. He was not able to find the process as in the 1890’s hypnosis was outlawed in Austria and Germany because hypnosis practitioners were using honest people to steal for them without being conscious to the crimes.

Dr. Freud continued his research using other ways to relax his patients but was unable to do so. Unfortunately, he started using cocaine as a way of taking his patients back in time again resulting in some of his patients becoming addicted to the cocaine. He himself began to use the drug trying to find a way back to his early childhood, became an addict, and ended his life in 1939 without proving his theory.

In 2009, while not knowing Dr. Freud’s story, began using the five senses to get a client back to early childhood and was successful. The process is simply a question-and-answer sequence that results in the client being able to use an alternate neuropathway back to the base of the brain where the five senses are housed. The result was the client was able to find an amnesic memory from early childhood that drove their repetitive behaviors as an adult.

When the amnesic memory is found, the person responsible for the event is also easily seen and verbally neutralized so that memory no longer drives those behaviors the client is suffering from. It took three years to train and certify a person good enough to help me find that memory and with fabulous results.

I trademarked this process here in the US as Repetitive Behavior Cellular Regression?(RBCR) and is used on six continents, in seventeen countries including 27 US States with six languages.

There is hope out there for those who suffer with mental health issues.

Trauma, events that trigger it and other things are definitely at the roots of our mental health challenges. Thank you for asking this question H.E. Amb. Terry Earthwind Nichols Mentor to the World's Leaders . It is important for us to first deep dive with compassion & a skilled therapist alongside us, not meds first. ??
