Technical knowledge/skills should be the main focus for quality construction. Language skills & networking are prerequisites for Linguistics & partying, they cannot make up for good technical skills. Technical skills are built on good Maths skills (Designing)& quality on-site construction experience. Language skills & networking had been producing massive overruns on schedule & costs and below par quality. Unless this is understood by the Construction Industry, it’s liable to go from bad to worse. Learn it from the Americans
