There is so much focus out there on company culture and I from the recruiting point of view have experienced in the last couple years that this has been a key component for people looking for jobs.
People want to feel valued and seen more than ever. They want to have the reassurance that they will work for a company that truly walks the talk.
I remember getting approached by several recruiters while I was in between jobs. I took many calls because I was curious as to how they presented their company and values and often found the recruiters could not really sell me on why I should work with them, other than to have a well paid job.
Working in senior living, we get to really impact families lives and it is very important to feel that our work matters but that we matter to our work, is even more important.
As you post or seek for jobs out there, be ready to answer the questions when your candidates ask about your company culture: why are you unique and why should they work with and for you? If you can't answer that question with enough "selling" power, perhaps is time to look at the next best move: come join me at Aegis Living . I am looking for passionate sales individuals, ready to help families, driven to grow a company and looking for a new extension of their family.
I can give you 1,000 reasons why this company will change your life in a positive way and fill your bucket!
