When did you last measure or even check in on your company culture??
Do you know how your culture enables you to deliver your strategic objectives??
If you don't know, you need to measure your company culture now.
A cultural misalignment with your core values, vision and organisation objectives will hinder achieving your goals.
Positive work culture doesn't automatically mean you can meet your objectives.
A positive culture that emphasises teamwork and harmony can sometimes lead to a lack of individual accountability. Or a culture of openness and transparency can sometimes lead to ineffective communication.?
That's why measuring your work culture is important to proactively ensure it enables the right behaviours needed to meet your strategic objectives.
Measuring culture is easier than you might think.
You would have already been collecting people's data in some way. It's about pulling together all of those data together into a coherent format to kick-start the right conversation.?
I did this with a recent client - helping them make culture tangible so they can intentionally use it to inform their priorities.
I worked with them to develop a cultural dashboard, improving their cultural maturity, driving better quality and more informed discussions and decisions on the current culture, and defining the desired culture.?
? Assessed all existing people data, identified key leading and lagging indicators and turned them into usable insights for C-suite and Board?

? Highlighted the unique personality and strengths of the company and key risk areas for deeper dive?
? Surfaced understanding and awareness of why the company are struggling to overcome deep-rooted challenges and the best way to overcome it?
This culture dashboard enabled senior leaders to have better quality discussions and decision-making. It has cleared the confusion and intangibility to engage in meaningful conversations about the company's culture and increased the appetite to deliver tangible culture change to support its strategy.?
