For many, the erstwhile rhythm of life, characterized by monotonous commutes and predictable routines, was abruptly silenced. In that silence, we were confronted with a fundamental question: What does our work mean to us?

Rethinking Commitment to Work

The days of lifelong careers at a single company, where loyalty is reciprocated with security, seem to be dissolving into the annals of history. As Watson brilliantly articulated, "Life was very, a lot more predictable," in reference to our predecessors' linear life progression. However, the modern journey is anything but linear.
