2 年I'll add to this that all Management must understand and be knowledgeable about what is being taught to the team. The absolute worst-case scenario is a team member doing the right thing and a manager telling them they are wrong. Even worse, doing so in front of other team members. That being said, before any new training is provided for the front-line team, the managers should "must" all go through the process.

In return, they feel valued and less stressed about what they need to do as it is clear from the start.
