Does this sound like you?

You just woke up it’s a new day, you hit the alarm button and start to stir. “Why do I feel a deep pit in my stomach?” “Holy smokes I just woke up?!” 

You explore a bit further and feel a sense of dread… You tell yourself “Okay girl you have to power through this, you have no time for this…

You begin thinking of everything that has to get done to get out the door to work, ”I have to let the dog out, fed him, is his doctor's appt today or tomorrow, I forget?!"

You think for a moment “I don’t hear the kids stirring, come on, not them too!! I have to get them up and going, can’t anything just go right this morning?!” “Make sure Katie takes her flute today! Ugh”

Oh, crap I forgot to pick up milk… “Do I have enough milk for cereal this morning?!”

“Why is everyday a struggle for me?” 

What if it didn’t have to be that way? What if, instead of greeting each new day with feelings of dread that you would find a different way to start your day.

The above story was a real-life scenario from a current client… She and I have been working together for roughly two months now. She finally doesn’t greet here day in her words, full of “dread, fear, and apprehension.”
