Fall season is a well known natural phenomena occuring all over the world with unfailing regularity . Trees shed their leaves after Summer only to refoliate after Winter . Trees look bare and ugly during this period with no shade or fruits making its existence worthless .

This systematic seasonal divesting of leaves which helped the trees to prepare its food not so long back is intriguing . Six months later they bounce back to life with leaves and fruits for birds and mankind to enjoy . Why does this happen ? Is there any lessons for the corporate world ?
