Websites offer a one-stop shop online for all your services. It is highly recommended to have one so you don’t miss the audience from search engines and you can keep up with your competition, but it totally depends on your specific business goals. What is necessary is an active online presence and that could be social media, online networking groups, or any other online platforms that support business interactions.

Having or not having a website is not an easy decision because if you decide not to have one you would be missing out on potential clients from search engines. On the other hand, it is a lot of work with websites from the design, web copy, usability, and maintenance. So depending on your current needs, making the right choice is critical for your business. Having an engaging website can truly elevate your customers' experience with your brand and make you memorable. Even though websites have a cost, they have a positive ROI when used correctly.

Cons.

  • Having a poorly designed website could hurt you more than having no website at all.
  • Websites come with a lot of responsibilities of brand design, web copy, inclusive user design, technology, and maintenance.?
  • Websites cost time and money. When starting out you will need to decide whether to DIY which will be time-consuming or pay someone which will still cost you money.
