Does meditation clear your mind?

Meditation is nothing but diving deeper into your senses and soul and understanding yourself better and clearer.

Talking into one’s deeper conscience lets one unfold truths that weren't clear before and lies which were a blur. Since practising meditation opens up your mind so much, it gives you the clarity to segregate the important and practical from the unwanted and frivolous, thereby, filtering the mind.

So, if one asks whether meditation clears the mind or not, it can do so.?

Meditation is just like the sea, the deeper you dive, the deeper layers to reveal and the deeper you drown, the deeper peace you feel within. The journey to clear out the mind is not easy just as the one drowning struggles a lot initially as he goes into the deeper laps of water but after that heart-wrenching struggle comes to a peace that is unmatched and unparalleled.?

Meditation, particularly mindfulness meditation, can help boost mindfulness and relieve stress by teaching you to sit with distracting thoughts, acknowledge them, and let them go. Visualising can also help to clear your mind and focus on the present moment.

This is the real power of meditation, if it doesn’t add, it clears the weed.
