Does Feedback Work? A Charity Debate

There's a firestorm of debate that's been ignited by the publication of Nine Lies About Work. In the book, ADP's Marcus Buckingham and Cisco's Ashley Goodall say that they have "unimpeachable data" that feedback is unhelpful and "toxic".
Many leaders in the scientific community disagree and cite decades of research on the benefits of feedback. We at TalentQ magazine live to uncover the truth about how to best manage talent. So, we're inviting those on both sides of the issue to a fair, public, charity debate.
We extend an open invitation to Marcus Buckingham and Ashley Goodall to participate in a webinar debate. They can select any date and time in 2020 that is convenient for them. We will charge participants $20 USD and give that to Save the Children.
Discover the truth and help children in need – who could turn down that invitation?
Messrs. Buckingham and Goodall have not yet responded to our invitation. Please encourage them by sharing this note with your LinkedIn contacts and asking them to participate.
