Does Curiosity Always Kill the Cat?

For 22 years I have been taking medicine for an autoimmune disease. That is, 22 years that may be coming to an end. You see, a different health professional saw my case differently and checked on other related syndromes. While we are still in testing stage, it may turn out that I do not need to take medication for this particular ailment.

While I am not here to write a treatise on medical mistakes, I wonder, what happened? The answer – a health professional got curious about this diagnosis when I told her I did not have traditional symptoms and never have. Turns out there could be another explanation.
