Our recent effort at a factory in Maharashtra identified saving oppurtunity of Rs 1.43 crores /annum which means 100 jobs can be saved considering 1.44 lakh /annum remuneration at the lower levels ... The savings being permanent , the threat to the 100 jobs may never resurface ...

The same goes with finance , purchase , sales as when operational costs are reduced every department benefits .. less working capital needed , less inventory to maintain , faster process , better delivery and better Throughput ...
