Does Consistent Hard Work Actually Pays Off??

Does Consistent Hard Work Actually Pays Off??

Today after so many days of being at home and constantly studying for CA #Exams, I finally decided to take some time off. Being a #CA Student at initial stage teaches you that Discipline and Being Consistent at what you do are the key requirements to achieve your target. But one needs to learn to deal with #Failure too; you can find many posts on being #successful but learning to accept failure is something that we need to work on.

What does Failure even mean to us ?

According to google, failure means "lack of success" or "the neglect or omission of expected or required action". but according to me, Failure means giving yourself another chance to try to achieve the same target but with a different strategy and a different plan.

As a child, we have often heard our teachers saying that "Failure is a stepping stone to success" but no one has ever explained that failure is a stepping stone to success only if you put another step forward to learn after you fail. What does that even mean ? Many people, in general, after they fail tend to not accept it and because of which they start not to take any action, or put blame on others as for eg.. " I failed because of XYZ situation" or " I Failed Because the exam was tough". But here we need to understand that this is the time where we actually need to put our step forward: #learn from the failure, learn from the flaws in our plan, learn from situation.

How to deal with Failure?

"#Procrastination", this fancy word which means that you start avoiding/postponing your goal and get yourself busy watching video of something that you know is a waste of time just because you are lazy to accept the change, "#Consistent" yet another word which means doing something continuously for being accurate in it or to achieve the goal. These two words are very important after you have failed because you have to chose one of them after you fail and that will decide what you will get at the end, putting consistent hard work will defeat the luck or any other thing getting in middle of anything but consistently procrastinating will defeat your future its always on us to decide what we want to be.

Consistent change and Hard work :

Yes, i have failed too, i'd never accepted that i need to change my study pattern, that i need some professional guidance towards my studies as coming from a non-CA Background its only me who has to make changes. Finally i have accepted the changes in my life and again setting some target. (hoping to achieve it) and for that.. what one need is right motivation which gives you a push to constantly put your step forward

It is only after you talk to your friend who has passed/achieved and learn from their achievements. Ask them: How did they get the results? what was the gap in execution of my plan which i thought was full proof?, but as it is said that there is always a chance of #improvement, be it in professional life or in student life there is always a chance to improve what we just need to do is to talk, read, observe, hear, accept, plan, change and achieve the target.

If you don't think that there is a chance of improvement then just open google and search Ratan Tata ji & Mukesh Ambani ji #mymotivation or for that point anyone who has achieved some target and observe that they have never stopped after achieving what they wanted, because there is always a chance to improve in life be it a small change but accept the change and in the end i would just like to say that " change with the change or else, the change will make sure that you change with the change."

Amazing article Harsh Shah . Kudos to you.I love the fact you highlighted: change with change or change will make sure you change. Covid times are an excellent example of it where changes in digitalization and lifestyle are pushed to even most remote areas.
