What do I need from my next company to feel ready to bring the most confident version of myself to work every day?

What is important to me that needs to be very important to my next company?

What are the top 3 things my next company can do for me in the first year that would make me feel valued, appreciated, and seen??

And all you need to do is focus on the step in front of you to start the process of making this dream a reality. Some questions that can help you do just that are:

*What is something that needs to change in my current role to get me closer to my desired state??

*What is one step I can take today that would help me identify the route toward my dream career??

*Who is one person I can reach out to right now that could help me get moving toward my dream career??

A dream career is 100% possible for you.?

You just need to start… today.?
