Does big companies really wants to sack employees?

If you are connected with the corporate sector , there is a strong possibilities that you heard about vast lay off among employees. Well, this is not the most shocking thing , the most shocking thing is the trend of layoff among big giant companies.

It's a quite unusual thing among companies though, and the most dreadful news for employees. But have you ever thought why the companies sacked the employees? Hard to answer , right !

When company recruit employees , there are many steps that are initially followed by the authority, such as , employees credibility testing through examination, Viva voce etc., and after recruitment there is training process comes up. Throughout the training , the company initially try to make the employees familiar with the companies rules and regulation, goals that the company want's to achieve and also try to motivate them to give there full potentials to achieve there organizational goals.

You see, the company expend more on the employees to make credible and high skills employees so that the company get most profit by them. But after investing a lot of money on the employees , why the giants are even think about sacking the employees? Still a mystery.

Well, some big management officials usually put finger on the economical condition for the sacking employees. When the company faces massive downfall in revenue, than what is the best option for the officials other than to sack the employees and reduce it's cost. Another reason could be , the downfall of the employees adaptation with the companies current work environment. It could be lack of skills , lack of performance.

When we face such massive layoff , we usually fall into a great tension . And why we should not be ?

But if we put our toe into the companies owners we will see that it's an unwanted initiative , which any owner had hardly choose. But they don't have any option rather than sacking.
