You cannot do everything try to Delegate when Possible and don't be afraid to trust your team or seek help. Distributing decision-making responsibilities lightens your load and fosters collaboration. By Utilizing Technology you can leverage tools like calendars, reminders, and productivity apps. They can streamline information and provide timely nudges, saving you from decision overload. Sometimes Limiting our Options you can avoid decision paralysis. Aim for a few manageable options to simplify the process.
