Take?pictures?of container: with clearly visible container number on the door and side panel. Then take?pictures?evidencing that container was:

Pictures?should be taken from outside and inside a container. This is one of the most important pictures to take and yet rarely it is done.?

The next?picture?has to show that damaged cargo?was?properly stuffed?inside the container. That the shipper fulfilled an obligation to pack, stuff and seal the container according to industry standards at the time of loading.

Show the extent of damage?when taking the?picture. Was it only 1 carton of apple damaged or half of the container??

Take all the?pictures?before you return the empty containers to the container yard. If possible,?put a date and time stamp on each?picture?and send it immediately to the transportation company together with the claim!
