DR M’s advice for States to be ready to use Drive-thrus for mass vaccination IF NEEDED is under consideration. Dr Maloney has consistently reported his success without a single hospitalization or pneumonia in treating covid 19 patients with steroid;since "Dec'19. HE REPORTED THAT STEROIDS WERE EFFECTIVE IN SUPPRESSING THE DESTRUCTIVE INFLAMMATION HE WAS WHITNESSING IN PATIENTS’ UPPER RESPIRATORY TRACTS. Dr Maloney reported his finding until FINALLY, 6 months later, it was announced that steroids were the 1st drug shown to have a significant effect in fighting Covid 19 illness, first approving steroid use in hospitalized patients on vents, followed by approving use of steroids to Tx most Covid 19 hospitalized patients with respiratory compromise. DR MALONEY CONTINUES TO ADVISE USING STEROIDS ON PATIENTS WITH RESPIRATORY ILLNESS EARLY ON TO AVOID HOSPITALIZATION. DR MALONEY HAS REPORTED THAT THERE ARE NO GENERALLY ACCEPTED RECOMMENDATIONS IN PLACE TO TREAT COVID 19 PATIENTS WITH UPPER RESPIRATORY SYSTEMS “PRIOR TO HOSPITALIZATION”. DR M IS PRESENTLY ADVOCATING FOR A Tx PROTOCOL TO BE ANNOUNCES TO Tx COVID 19 PATIENTS BEFORE HOSPITALIZATION (starting by EVALUATING THOSE WITH SHORTNESS OF BREATH AS CANDIDATES FOR EARLY INTERVENTION AND PREVENTION OF PROGRESSION OF MORBIDITY IN COVID 19 PATIENTS.
