Values have become an everyday part of business; you see them on the wall as you walk in, leadership teams proudly present them to HR to roll out to the company, and new hires get a PowerPoint on their, well... value. We don’t believe values are something you can teach, roll out or place on walls and hope they stick.
Values are lived and are the very foundation of everything you do. Family Trust, Passionate Rebels, Entrepreneurial Spirit, and Human-Centered Design are inherent in everyone at Think|Stack and everyone we work with. Frankly, you won’t last long with us as an employee, client, or partner if not.
We’re not perfect, and technology sure isn’t, so we have Family Trust to know that despite that, we’ll always do the right thing. Our clients understand that if we are on our way to see them and a team member has a family crisis, we’ll turn the car around and take care of them first. We pay that understanding and respect back all the time. You know, like a Family, living, forgiving and growing together.

Ultimately we are all humans, living in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world. All the things we touch and use should make life better; otherwise, what’s the point? From our flexible working environment - we had a tech live on a bicycle for a year, to our approach to sales – “wait, let us hang out and teach you first” to flexible, secure IT environments made to use - we love watching our clients innovate and grow.
