The main reason we're here is to become better READERS and LEARNERS, which affects every part of our lives. But it's important to know that we don't all learn the same way. Knowing yourself and how you learn is a GAME CHANGER!
There are three talks I want to talk about...
3 ways to learn and help you figure out yours
How your personality affects how you LEARN
How your IQ affects your ability to LEARN
But I'll talk about this for now. 3 ways to learn and help you figure out yours
Many people have told me about their trouble with READING.
So, I'll share it here so that everyone can learn from it.
If you receive every message, you should respond and ask questions.
First, I'll talk about LEARNING STYLES.
It's important to know your LEARNING STYLE if you really want to learn how to READ and UNDERSTAND what you read.
Most of us don't pay attention to this, even though it's very important.
I know there are three main ways to learn. These are:
1.?Visual Learners: people who learn best by seeing
2. Auditory Learners:?People who learn best by hearing
3. Kinesthetic Learners: Learners who learn by doing.
Visual Learners?
Visual learners learn best by seeing. No matter what you say to them, you still have to show them something representing what you are paying for it to stick. They just like to see what they are learning!
Even as you are teaching them, they are creating pictures in their mind; in other words, they have a photographic memory.
They are normally good at visual activities like arts
Pls follow me carefully, THIS IS VERY VITAL!??
They prefer reading books that have illustrations such as pictures, graphs, diagram,s or maps!

2. AUDITORY LEARNERS
I hope you're writing something down!??
Auditory learners learn best by means of hearing and listening. Auditory learners will remember the things that you said to them and they are very good with sounds.
I could still remember the?first 20 Elements in Chemistry because there's a mnemonic I was taught with then in my secondary school days. And that's what many primary school teachers use in teaching the pupils!
The rate at which young champs listen to music today, either the positive ones or otherwise, they quickly grapes lyrics and could follow rhymes to rhymes!
They prefer spoken or verbal instructions to written ones
They do very well at auditory activities like music.
I have a friend who, anytime we have Exams, will convert the PDF of the subject into audio! That's his learning style!
HAVE YOU DISCOVERED YOURS??
Even when they are reading, they like to hum or sing.
They are good conversationalists; they ask a lot of questions when given a task to do and they love interacting with others.
If you are into music yourself, makeupp rhymes or songs with the instruction you are trying to learn.Relate what you're studying to what you can remember easily!
If you are trying to learn a new concept, you can record yourself and listen again to yourself.
If you are learning something that is very important to you, make sure you can hear clearly because that is where your power lies! Alright, let's move to the last one! Hope you're follow!? These are very VITAL!
Lastly,
3. KINESTHETIC LEARNERS
Kinesthetic learners learn best by means of doing. They seem to be very good with their bodies.
They excel at physical activities such as sports or hands-on activities, Involvement and participation are key for them as they are excited at hands-on activities like drawing or study games.
Practical Tips for Kinesthetic Learners
It simply means studying and taking breaks intermittently..
Always remember that kinesthetic learners are natural doers. They learn best by involvement and participation. These are the 3 Learning Styles I'll love to share for now!?
Can you guess YOURS!?
