Do you work to an IDEAL WEEK…?

Do you work to an IDEAL WEEK…?

Peter Drucker once said that “the secret to massive productivity is to invest uninterrupted blocks of focused time on your highest priorities – consistently”.

Which I think is true to a point - but it’s only a part of the productivity equation…

If you’re like most financial planners a talk to - I know you want to GROW your business.?

You’re sick of stagnating. You’re sick of being busy for ‘busyness’ sake. Sick of uncertainty. Sick of compliance. Sick of useless reviews and ‘double ups’ (if not triple ups) of signatures and admin tasks.

You’re already busy enough.?

So, the key isn’t to try and ‘cram more stuff’ into your week to get it all done.?

NO! Efficiency is not the answer.?

To become more productive (and happier) - ELIMINATION is the answer!?

When you focus on elimination, you can be more productive in one single week than most financial planners are in an entire 3 months!?

And if you looked closely at what the Core Income and High Value client activities are in your biz, you’ll find that you’re not doing anywhere near enough of them…?

It’s like the Pareto Principle ‘flipped’ in reverse (80% Back Stage : 20% Front Stage…).

My challenge to you this week is to take charge and manufacture your own Ideal Week.

When you do this well - you free up a heap of wasted time in your diary which allows you to focus on the work that really matters.

So, think about your business model and design your ideal week around what you SHOULD be doing.?

That way it’ll give you the certainty (and capacity) to go out and powerfully attract more of the right prospects to grow your business - simply because you are confident that you can handle them!

Isn’t that what you’d rather be focused on…?
