A great point Octavian Graf Pilati! We do well to pause and reflect on whether a responsibility is something we want and feel ready for before saying yes or putting ourselves forward. And if the answer is still yes, it's also worth reflecting on what we need in order to succeed. Time, education, support, tools etc.
