1.      How technology change fits with your firm’s strategy, specifically testing your potential return on investment or whether you should invest time / money in this area.

2.      Your specific needs - exploring the exact problem(s) your people are facing, the issues you are trying to fix, and identify how they can be fixed.

3.      Procuring and implementing new software. We don’t sell software or take commission from providers; we work with law firms to identify and source the best solution for their needs. (or better yet, work with your existing provider to better utilise existing software.)

4.      Helping your people to engage with the technology / tools provided. We help technology work for them.
