No one is directly responsible for the current fate of your professional life but you are. As long as you'll be relying on blaming others for your failures...you will move far away from reality.

Just think of your life after 5 years from now or 10 years from now. Do you really think ... you are going to have a luxurious life for you, for your kids, for your parents, and for your family if you do not change your current mindset and live in reality? If you think so... Good for you.

Most of the recruiters live in the fantasy world that the future is going to better... they know it all!

But the question is... HOW?

You are walking currently towards your destination... no doubt in there but have you ever checked the route & direction that you are currently walking is really going to take you to your destination.

- Are you doing the course correction?

- Are you changing your actions or the goal in case of obstacles?

- Are you moving forward with a map in hand or you are drawing the path after you walk?

It is time for you to reflect back.

Have your next goals ready …

Have your strategies ready …

Have your action plan on strategies ready …

What your life should look like after 5 years… What you should be doing at that time… what is that required for you to have such a life… what is that you have to do this week so that it will add to your destination… what will you do now so that you add to your weekly destination.

Break your 5-year goals to 2.5 years … 1.5 years… 6 Months… 3 Months… Monthly… Weekly & Daily.

If your current job is not the destination for you then, use it as a stepping stone for your destination.

Put your heart & soul to it…

Give your best to it…

Learn from your mistakes for there…

Make friends there…

And finally, don’t burn bridges just because you are stepping out from your current place.

As you go up and you stumble there… you are going to find the same people when you come down.

So don’t let your feet leave the soil…
