Do you want to be a Solution Provider
Are you someone who work's for a large competitive organization who requires new people to become innovative?
Are you someone who works for a small busy company with a growing profile and your role is becoming multi-faceted that offers a new take or perspective in how to communicate your company better?
Are you someone who is apart of a gifted creative team and requires to keep generating new ideas in a timely way that stimulates the team’s design principles?
Are you a 21st century Entrepreneur who has a dream that pumps inspiration 'like blood moving through your veins' and you believe you can turn an idea into a concept offerings solutions transformed by becoming a business model?
When we work with people, learning to solve challenging issues or provide new services for customers is a process.
A process where the solving engages the process of finding out answers. This can include you to source a new beginning, clear away barriers, or explain information in a new way that connects vital understanding to flow in a new way.
How do you experience a problem or challenge with people?
Is it common practice to turn this problem into another way of thinking about something?
Is a problem an opportunity, if so how?
For some a problem and having to solve problems presents a physiological discomfort, increases in stress that may develop into worry about future issues before they even happen. For others a problem is a new opportunity where they drop into problem solving mode and relish in the many ways a problem can get solved.
The question is what is the space that you provide for the problem you want to solve?
With challenges we often need to bridge a gap before its a solution, and yet another gap before it becomes a service. There is tremendous range and inherent creativity in how solutions can be approached and implemented fully.
So how do we chime into solution oriented thinking inside ourselves and bring out potential solutions into a problem landscape in generative and effective ways?
Does the space you hold able to first address and dissolve the barriers before a solution bridge is established?
Inside every challenge is the dimension to also become aware in how you and others become aware, this can teach us to become conscious of the problem in a variety of ways that allow solutions to flow from a deeper and wider basin of possibility.
One of Einstein best contributions for freeing into a new focus for thinking come from his statement, “We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.”
We want to step outside the problem itself to develop a new perspective and essentially facilitate a SPACE for which to loosen, free up, release or dissolve the limitations that keep one in a problem or stuck tendencies when solving an issue or problem.
What does this exactly imply in relation to generating solutions?
The focus is in how to physicalize clarity by stepping out of a problem and being free of its shackles and knowing what this is.
Its engaging into more a hands on development by developing a new perspective which starts in the muscle and learns in realtime by undergoing physical spatial work, moving in and out a problem without additional structure.
To dissociate and seeing yourself doing something is only half the work.
Before a problem potentiates into a solution, learning how to be aware and sensitive to what works perfectly fine outside a problem is how we develop a conscious solution focus to the necessary changes that needs to occur and help the active solver what is needed in the problems current environment.
Understanding environment and what allows a solution to connect to more resources and enable your inner process to be channeled by turning the environment into a learning lab that plays with problems, changing them to opportunity from re-sequencing how problems are really patterns.
This comes from learning to change the inner driver of problems inside you from a problem orientation to a solution pathway.
This comes from asking questions, staying curious, managing your state, transferring one set of resources into a new context, being open to test something, and be willing to receive feedback.
How do you steer a problem into a potential?
What is your state in guiding this to become an opportunity?
In a lot of ways finding solution pathways is very similar to biochemistry that undergo a sequence of reactions where one set of (enzymes) stabilizes through a specific catalytic action with another set of (enzymes) and organic substance is converted into something else.
Biochemistry is important in the searching and seeking realization process with learning to solve something.
We can experience this when managing our state, shifting a perspective, raise commitment level, or align ambition with new potentials that come from providing solutions and working with others.
When working with people in high productive environment values emerge from an internal level to external level in relation to how a challenge or problem space is facilitated. A key area that facilitates this is our beliefs and how we act on our beliefs.
Some basic resource beliefs and mindsets that allow to transform a challenge or issue from What into How are;
- If it works, do more of it. If it doesn’t work, do something else.
- A small change in any aspect of a problem can initiate a solution.
- People have the necessary resources to change problems.
- A focus on future possibilities and solutions enhances change.
- There are many possible meanings and interpretations for any given behaviour.
- If something is not working try something else.
- Cooperation enhances change
- A problem is the problem; not a person
- Possibilities are an infinite.
- People have a unique way to solving problems
Making solutions available first starts with a change in the person who wants to change and move what is lock inside into what can be free... outside back to inside.
It’s preparing the field within for solution process to seed.
What level of preparation have you undergone to cultivate how solutions may develop your next opportunity?
Quantum Innovative Dynamics organizes and approaches solutions through the development of pathways.
Pathways are deeply two fold and are utilized to be generative for organizations and clients.
A pathway that focuses on external processes can be understood as being a route or path that follows specific intentions or outcomes as a larger vision or mission.
A pathway that focuses on internal processes is how we sponsor the people who holds the vision and mission both as individuals and as a group.
However, Its seed and dream to further, starts in YOU.
Being a solution provider how do you identify where problems have the capacity to become solutions?
