I agree with Ken. The house looks dated and from what I can see is not laid out well. Most it would go for in Central Florida these days is about mid-200 thousand the mid-300 thousand dollars. Then there is the bonus of year round sub-tropical climate, great fishing, sports, theater -- and no personal income tax! Another plus is the ease of jetting off to almost anywhere for reasonable airfares ... or take a cruise with your spouse to exotic locales. I've was stationed at Camp Pendleton for a short while. House prices were too high and rising, cost of living was ridiculous and the highway traffic made traveling anywhere a real challenge.

Ken, I lived out there and left with no intention of going back to live there again. Beauty comes at a cost too high for some to bear. That house in Wisconsin is at best $250,000.00 to $325,000.00 and we have a lot of beauty here too. Rolling hills and lots of great lakes and rivers!
