Do you want to be a Martial Arts School or, a Daycare?
Stephen Oliver's Martial Arts Wealth Mastery
If it's time to massively grow your business, we should talk.
I’ve had the following ?conversation many times over the last few months:
Do you want to be a Martial Arts School or, a Daycare?
Usually in the context of a Martial Arts School who’s justifying their all consuming plans for Summer Camps and their exhausting transported after-school care program.
What I typically find is a bit of a shocked look and a response that they want to be a Martial Artist and, run a Martial Arts School.
When I ask why they are doing daycare it’s most typically because they can’t seem to make a living running their school.??? There’s always some discussion how much they can charge or, about they can gross the same with fewer students (an obvious marketing problem.)
I’m here to tell you that, you can make a BETTER NET (Money You Keep) Income running a martial arts school WITHOUT the Day Care and all Summer Camp.
It’s just about having the right strategy.
With my clients, I most often work with them on eliminating the daycare and focusing on improving their student quality, and creating a high net.
The piece missing from the “Bozo Explosion” of consultants is often a discussion about how much is left over after you pay the bills.??? It’s easy to have an impressive “Top Line.”? What matters is how much is left over after you pay the bills.
Anyway, more later just food for thought.
