Do you want to live a better life?

Simple changes to the way you think about life can make a serious difference. Here’s what I find happens to all of us.

A week passes by.

You think about what life is all about. Could I make it any better? Would I be able to live a better life? We work, come home, eat, sleep and repeat. Surely there is more to life than this?

You look at other people and think of the reasons why they are more successful than you.

You hear of people dying, people that are sick and you ask yourself is there any point making this big effort or should I just be happy that I am alive and well.

What is the meaning of life you may ask yourself. (Especially on a Monday morning!)

You understand that successful people find their passion and they make it happen. How do I even find my passion? What is it I want to achieve?

You find yourself stuck in this busy world not really knowing what’s next, or how to get to where you want to go.

Is being super successful going to mean you live a better quality of life? A better life must be defined by you.


?What is a better life?

Let’s define what that means for a minute.

A better life for me right now includes; (In no particular order!)

? Growing and Improving everyday as a human being, leader and business owner.

? Looking after my loved ones, parents and helping them to have a good life.

? Having the freedom and financial power to go on holidays and purchase commodities as desired.

? Helping others to achieve success in their life and business goals.

? Maintaining a healthy body and achieving fitness milestones.


Can you decide what will help you create a better life?

We are all part of this world. I have realised it’s about creating a better life and defining what a better life means to you. My version of a better life includes the elements of balance, growth, persistence, giving, loyalty & transparency. This list could go on but these are my core values.

The moral of the story is, we can all make a choice to be better, to make less excuses and create good habits. One step at a time.
