Do you want to go to counseling??

Do you want to go to counseling?

Their sex life was nonexistent. A complete zero.

Him: We never have sex.

Her: We never talk.

End scene. No more conversation about that topic. Maybe for years.

Him: We never have sex.

Her: We need to go to counseling.

Him: Nevermind.

They’d tried counseling once and it was a disaster. She liked the counselor well enough, but he thought she was always talking down to him or looking at him in that weird way and nodding.

Not for him.

So the sex stayed on pause and the conversations turned into fights. Sometimes she wondered if they’d make it.

She talked to her girlfriend about it one night during Sip ‘n’ Paint on Zoom.

Her: I love him, but he’s so angry all the time. We tried counseling once and it was a disaster. Didn’t help at all.

Her friend: Are you making love?

Her: Is that what you call it? I call it getting him off so he isn’t such a jerk around here. Honestly, I think we’re done.

Her friend didn’t know what to say to that one. They had always been a great couple. But things were falling apart. Quickly.

Maybe you recognize this scenario. I wouldn’t be surprised. It’s incredibly common.

If you know you need counseling, and your partner is a hell no, join me for the Covid Relationship Rescue Party on FaceBook (all this week) at 1 PM PACIFIC.

I’ll be answering questions about ways you can make your relationship better even now.

And I’ll be telling you about the MasterClass for Womxn that’s starting later this month. It’s a small group, limited numbers, but there’s still room.

The MasterClass for Womxn is a great solution for you if you want to solve the sex problem without going to counseling. Plus, I’ll teach your partner how to please YOU as an added bonus.

Want something to get you started on asking the right questions? Get the Covid Relationship Cure.
