Do you want to fit in or stand out?

I don't know about you, but whatever the masses of people do, I want to do the opposite. I never conformed well; it often seems like conformity is the norm in today's generation. I teach our clients to become uncommon rather than common… to stand out instead of trying to fit in. It seems that society encourages fitting in and following the crowd, but there is great strength in being true to oneself and not needing to conform to the expectations of others. Just like a lion that stands out in a pack of sheep, those who choose to be uncommon are often seen as leaders, trailblazers, and innovators in their fields.
Standing out from the crowd allows one to create one's path, follow one's passions, and pursue one's unique goals without being constrained by society’s norms or expectations. Just as a lion leads its pride with confidence and strength, you can lead yourself and a team with a sense of empowerment and fulfillment.
While it may be comfortable and safe to follow the masses, being a lion instead of a sheep requires courage, boldness, and a willingness to embrace the unknown. Standing out may come with challenges and obstacles, but the rewards of living an uncommon life can far outweigh the difficulties. By choosing to be a lion in a world of sheep, individuals can dominate their industry, inspire others, make a lasting impact, and leave behind a legacy that is truly their own.
