Do you want better numbers?

Insuring Families and Small Businesses through Unique Strategic Action after Covid-19 Pandemic
Do you ever look at your bottom line?
Sure, bottom line is what we have to keep track of and see where we are in business right? But when we aren't where we want to be, business takes a whole new meaning. When we are up, it's like we are on top of the world and nothing can stop us, right? But, when business is slow or not growing, the team is only as good as the weakest link, it tends to drag us into the fog. Its like seeing your own blood in a fight, its a psychological shift. Fighting numbers is hardly the way I want to spend my days.
The truth is what matters is the leadership. Making sure your team is at their best at all times and never struggling to get the quota. Team moral is a part of leadership. When I think about leadership, I remember what John Maxwell said
"If you are a leader, and no one is following you... you are just out taking a walk."
Leadership has to understand their team is with them or they are just out taking a walk where they call a business. A leader always has problems but, they should never let any one SEE that! That is why they are a leader! They have to SHOW the SOLUTION. Show them the strengths then TELL them challenge. The team looks up to the leader, where the leader goes the team will follow.
Numbers don't lie as they say, so trust them. Set your goals to Hit your goals! Don't make outrageous goals that are unattainable. 3 new clients a day that will cancel the day after? Or 3 new clients a week that will be lifetime members? Now, if you don't hit your goals, find out what the problem is and fix the problem before the problem, becomes a problem! Is it your leads or sales people? Who made the funnel? Who made the copy? Everyone is accountable. To help understand, Grant Cardone is a great example of knowing when your sales people are having trouble closing. He can hear it, and has the AUTHORITY to walk in and close the deal because of who he is-he has a brand. And he does that. But, he leads a great team because he knows when the numbers are low, he has to get out there and pump up his team! Show em how it's done, build em up! Get em going again! Don't wait. Do it quick. Turn it around and you will see better numbers!
I hope this encourages you and your team.
Thank you,
Matthew K.
