Do You Wait Until You Have a Neck Pain Before You Change?

Do You Wait Until You Have a Neck Pain Before You Change?

We reached the midway point of this series of articles. Let us recap what we have gone through so far.

1.??????COVID-19 and Digital Transformation – In this first article, we shared light-heartedly how the circumstances are forcing businesses to do their digital transformation. However, is that how we would want to conduct our businesses in future? Which is allowing our environments to move us to change?

2.??????Moving From Offline to Online – For the second article, we look at some quick wins, like moving meetings from offline to online. Those are easy changes, but for many staff, this takes many adjustments to our working habits. As firm leaders, how can you encourage and guide them?

3.??????Is Social Anxiety Amidst Digital Transformation True? – These adaptions created lots of anxiety amidst the digital transformation and the pandemic. So, are this social anxiety true or are they just there because we did not plan the transformation since the circumstances forced it on us? I am glad most of us survive it together and are sharing our learnings.

4.??????Using Python for Digital Transformation – In the fourth article, I shared some of my learning notes as I learned Python. Before I started learning this coding language, the only thing I knew about Python was that it is a snake. I learnt this programming language to understand my team and remove my fear of communicating with them during this digital age.

I recently visited a Chiropractic for my neck pain, making it difficult to sleep. I thought that all he would do was massage the neck and crack the bones, and I would be as good as new. I was wrong.

Bad back posture can also result in neck pain. After talking and observing me for a while, the chiropractor said that I bent my neck forward for prolonged periods, placing excessive stress on the cervical spine and overloading the muscles. Over time, neck pain from bad posture can worsen and become unbearable. That is what I am going through now.

If you notice what the chiropractor did, he identified the source of my pain, allowing them to design a treatment plan that eliminates the cause, leaving me with long-lasting relief. His long-term treatment is working towards correcting my posture to prevent neck pain.

That sounds close to what we do at Wilt Venture Builder in helping companies during their digital transformation journey. We collaborate with you to solve the cause of the problem but not the symptoms of the problem. In my case, it is neck pain. What is yours?
