I know life gets busy, crowded with non-stop to-do lists. It's easier to eat fast and on the go. It's easy to forget to drink water. It's even easy sometimes to forget to eat at the right time and then be starving and ready to eat a horse ??!
Don't we all want to feel healthy, energized, and light in the stomach? Many of us want to shed those 20 pounds of?covid-belly. We want to be strong and energized so we can enjoy an active life again.

Back in 2009, when I found myself a sick and tired mom, one of the things I took a hard look at was my diet. What did it need to do to feel better? I started adjusting and learning one step at a time.?Years later, I feel I have developed a successful system of how to learn and really apply?HEALTHY EATING HABITS. This system is a part of the Ultimate Transformation Program that I teach my clients.?

Let me share this HEALTHY EATING HABITS SYSTEM?with you today.
Step 1. Visualize how you want to feel. Our upcoming Vision Board workshop can help with that. As soon as you register, I will send you initital instructions get your started on your vision.
Step 2. Be curious. No judgment. Just curiosity. In curiosity, you start developing mindfulness. Mindfulness by itself creates better eating choices. To practice, try this 4-Day Mindful Eating Experiement.?
Step 3. Track. Use an app. I often recommend My FitnessPal or Lose It!. My clients also use a spreadsheet, or a paper tracker.
Track the quality and the quantity of food. For example, if you want to lose weight, besides incorporating exercise, cut 500 calories a day to lose 1 lb of fat per week. A healthy weight loss is approximately 2 lbs a week, particularly when you combine it with appropriate exercise.
Tracking will help you start choosing whether that extra bite is worth eating and recording. MIndful will be a great assistant.?
And start tracking your water too.
Step 4. Level Up. Part 1. This step is all about adjusting your diet, or?making one change at a time.

Step 5.?Level Up. Part 2. What individual needs might you have that need to be addressed? Better sleep. Stress management.?Inflammation. Blood pressure. Join health. Stronger bones.

Step?6. What keeps you stuck? What stories or limiting beliefs are you telling yourself and accepting that prevent you from having a breakthrough?
"I will never lose weight and keep it off."
"I am not like anyone else."
"I have had it for so long."
"It's just who I am."
"It's too hard."?
"I am too old."
"I can't do it."
We then would take a look at when the story started, and work on the possibility of reframing that story. If you want to take a deep dive into this, schedule time with me.
Step 7. Just do it. Practice. Be consistent.?Be patient.?Have an eye on your vision. Have your accountability and support every single day.
The importance of the support tribe is crucial at any stage but specifically at the stage when you just need to be taking specific actions, day after day.
Your repeated actions become habits. Habits form your identity.??
