??If you really do, you might consider a different approach connecting with people besides door knocking, open houses, calling FSBO & Expired Listings.

How much time does it take you to do that not to mention the anxiety those activities create just by thinking about it?
Multiply the time you spent bragging for business by your hourly rate and see for yourself.
Let me give you an example:
ACTIVITY: Door knocking the neighbors around your open house:
2.5 hours x 4 weekends per month = 10 hours
ACTIVITY: Open house sitting + preparation:
5 hours x 4 weekends per month = 10 hours
ACTIVITY: Calling Homeowners of Expired + FSBO Listings.
5 weekly x 2hrs daily = 10 hours + the subscription of the dialer
TOTAL OF 30 HOURS
Let’s calculate your CURRENT hourly rate now:
if your average commission is $ 6K, and you spend a total of 30 hours till you close a transaction = $200 /hour is your rate.
That means:
You spend $ 6K in your own time doing activities that you can either:
Outsource to someone else to do at $ 9 per hour.
Outsource to another agent and earn a referral fee.
Invest this money in Ads ($ 6 K in Facebook Ads… this will give you huge ROI)
Or simply cut the time in half because you won’t have the driving, and focus on connecting w/people online from the comfort of your home, and generating business this way.
