This is one of the first questions I ask all potential clients because if you don't care about getting healthy and sustaining health you have to wonder what do you value? ..

To figure out if and how much you value your well being there are a few things to consider...

How often do you exercise? ...

??

Do you incorporate fruits & veggies into your daily diet? (& I don't mean veggie chips, fruit snacks or pasta sauce??)...

??

If you can't sleep, have digestive issues, anxiety, vitamin deficiencies, hormone imbalances, hair loss and/or regularity ?? issues, are you buying some over the counter pill to alleviate the symptom or are you taking a natural route to treat the cause? ...

??

Starting and sustaining a healthy lifestyle isn't expensive or time consuming because once you adapt to it, like anything else, it becomes your normal...

??

I'll be honest there's no quick fix to bad habits, you just have to make the decision to change. Why wait until you're at your breaking point (I.e. weight gain, cancer diagnosis, auto immune disease etc) to get healthy?...

??
