Do you use writing tools? I do

As, a suburban immigrant mom in her mid-forties, I defy stereotypes because I love apps, digital tools, online platforms, and everything Apple.

My love for digital tools extends to my writing as I like to experiment with every writing app I hear of that might make me more efficient and sharpen my skills.

I dabbled with many tools, Some were useful, and others were just meh.

Here is a list of my favorites:

Grammarly: My absolute favorite tool and a must-have for every writer. I would give my right arm for Grammarly. It always catches typos, errors, and grammatical mistakes that I miss.

Drafts: I use this app to write my draft before I publish it online. I love the fact that it syncs between all my Apple devices.

Notes: I use my iPhone Notes to capture my ideas. I create folders, and whenever the inspiration strikes, whether I'm walking the dog or washing the dishes, I stop and type my thoughts immediately before I forget them.

Airtable: It's more of an organizational tool than a writing tool, but it helps me map out my content and make sure I have something to publish every day.

Readwise: I use it to save Twitter threads and excerpts from Kindle books that I will reference later in my writing.

Scrivener: I used it to write my second novel, and it was terrific. It helped me map out my chapters, keep track of my characters' physical descriptions and streamline my research process.

Do you use writing tools? What do you recommend?
