I had a really interesting conversation this week about following your inner guidance. That point at which you KNOW you have to make a decision that your emotional, physical or mental health depends on. Yet it's so difficult to drown out the noise of what everyone else thinks you should do or what society expects of you. Even what an older version of you would do.
Tuning In
Listening to your inner guidance when all around you is saying something different takes strength and courage, but it also brings reward, growth & expansion. Beyond your wildest dreams if you let in.
There is no coincidence that when we reach a crisis point that we are suddently guided by a different voice, our inner voice. Sometimes this is the only way that it will finally get our intention.
The End of the Road
When we reach the end of the road and realise it was a cul-de-sac all along, when our physical and mental health have reached breaking point. When we've been made redundant or a project or business venture failed. These are not signs of our weaknesses, they are signs of our strength.
The ability to pull through any circumstance and find the inner resources to place us on a path that was much more suited to us in the first place. How often have you heard someone say "I don't know where I got the strength from" or "I was at rock bottom, but a miracle happened".
Believe in Miracles
We are all capable of miracles, when we allow them. If you've ever been in a position where you just have to trust that things are going to work out. That things are going to get better. That things are going to turn in your favour. You also have to trust yourself and that the nudges, the guidance, the truth that is emerging is for your highest good.
You might not want to admit that you think that the robin that saw was a sign. Or the feather that landed on your path was meant to show you the way. Or the whisper in your ear that stopped you stepping out into the road was there to save you.
As soon as you begin to say yes to the signs, thank you for the nudges and be grateful for the warning you're sending a message that you trust in something that you can't see. This takes a huge leap of faith and you might not want to share that with anyone.

You watch as that connection grows stronger, you become more attuned to what is trying to get your attention and you start to move in a direction that feels aligned with your true self. There are no coincidences here, you are being led to a path that will bring rewards of growth, healing and self-love, self-esteem and wholeness.
No-one can tell you the right way to do something, no-one is occupying your mind and body, can feel what you feel or know what feels like the right decision even when everything outside of you is telling you differently.
There is something very powerful about acknowledging that you are driver in your car of destiny and you're not carrying any passengers. You know where to go, don't let anyone push you off the road.
Seasonal offers
Let's transform the way you feel about family gatherings. It's that pit in the stomach feeling, it's that knowing that there's going be tension. Stay calm whilst everyone else is running around like headless turkeys!
If you've got a decision to make that you can't put off any longer, but there is something stopping you, this will help you to get clarity fast. No more sleepless nights, not knowing what to do or suffering with something that you need to put to bed.
