Do You Trust Yourself?

Let me ask you a question.
How many times have you told yourself (or somebody else) that you were going to do something, but didn't do it?
Or didn't finish it?
Probably too many times to count.
By telling ourselves or somebody else we are going to do "x,"
We chemically release little amounts of dopamine.
In the moment it feels good to say it.
It can make others feel good or inspired too.
But every time we don't follow through on the things we say.
We get hit with an equal amount of cortisol (the stress hormone).
So we must be very honest with ourselves.
If you can't follow through on the things you tell yourself you're going to do.
How do you expect others to trust you?
You subconsciously lose faith in yourself to achieve goals because of the past times you didn't commit to yourself.
This leads to self-doubt.
Which leads to inaction.
And before long you're in this constant mental cycle of motivation > action > self-doubt > inaction.
I'm here to help you change that.
I want to see every one of you succeed.
Which is why I want you to join my Telegram Channel.
