Take your time to explore the neighborhood and visit at different times of the day and week. Park along a street for an hour to observe the surroundings. You’ll get a feel for the area and its residents.?

When you're out and about, take the opportunity to talk with neighbors.

If you see anyone outside, say hello and try to start a conversation.?

You can ask them what they enjoy about living here, what they don't like, and why they feel that way.?

Another great way to meet neighbors is to go to the school bus stop when the buses are letting off the children.?
