Supporting local-small business is a win/win situation.  You are keeping your hard-earned cash in your community.  When you book through Black Tie Affair Hospitality Personnel, you are providing shifts to 40+ Neighbours.  You are getting quality, experienced staff, who choose to work occasionally to get out for some fun or for extra money.  They get to have a side job through a registered company in a safe and secure work environment. 

This goes for any small business.  Those owners are providing quality service directly to you.  Whether you are buying produce from your local farmer, or a trinket in a shop, that money will be put back into your community and support a Neighbour.  Take a moment to pop into a local shop or restaurant, chat with the Owner, check out their product, and then spread the word.
