Do you struggle with indecision?

When a decision comes your way, do you find yourself saying, “Let me think about it and get back to you”?
Without even thinking, it’s your default response.
Because when you juggle a million other stressors, decision making is the fastest, easiest thing to punt.
But here’s why decision-punting is a problem: It's a classic case of procrastination.
You feel the pain of having to sit with the indecision now.
... And you’ll feel the pain of having to decide later, but likely feeling far more removed from the original conversation, in addition to pressured and rushed.
Your brain doesn’t want to decide, because a decision has a finality to it.
And when you’re burned out, it feels like it’s been a while since you’ve made any good decisions.
So your brain’s decision? Indecision and confusion.
You put it off.
You delay it.
You hesitate.
But there's a cost to indecision, including FOMO, time waste and inefficiency (for starters).
When I work with my clients, I teach them a 3-part process to make a decision:
1. Decide from your gut: 9 times out of 10, you already know.
2. Review any supportive details needed: Do you need to check any timing/documentation to support the decision? Do it now, and don't get stuck in the weeds.

3. Commit: This is the part where you trust yourself and communicate your decision.
Sitting on the fence about something?
You can actually decide right now by using this process.
Decision making doesn’t have to be hard, drawn-out or energy draining.
It can actually be simple, empowering and confidence-building.
Let me ask you this:
