Do You Struggle With Constant High's & Low's?...

Do you struggle with constant highs and lows??

In life. In fitness. In motivation?

It happens to us all.

We had our second ever Fat Loss Forever client meet-up over the weekend and it was an incredible high.

Getting to meet people who's lives we have changed remotely is an incredible experience.

But this followed a few weeks of some tough lows.

I was kicked off?a?social media platforms (will?remain?unnamed) that brought in over 80% of our business.

And?any?business owner in that position knows that it's going to mean some tough?conversations?and a LOT of stress.

I tried to keep a level head, but it was most definitely getting to me at certain points.?Short?tempered, exhausted, worried - All of the above and more.

If you're on your own fitness journey, you're most likely going to experience the exact same thing.

No client of ours (or myself for that matter) has undergone an incredible?transformation?without a at least a tough week and in most cases a tough month.

How I got myself through the experience over the last few weeks was this - What am I learning? How can I make sure that this doesn't happen again within my best?ability?to control it?

If it does happen?again, how am I going to stay on track with my goals?

If you're at that low point right now, then ask yourself the question - What am I learning?

What skills can I take from this experience to serve me in the long term?

Otherwise, you'll burn yourself out,?lose?motivation and end up back at square 1.

How Frank Dropped Over 30 Lbs In 12 Weeks

Have you struggled with trying to lose fat effectively?

You've dabbled in a few different diet or weight loss approaches... Maybe even had a personal trainer for a few months.

Frank is an engineer, so took to following a plan like a duck to water.

Just 12 weeks later Frank has dropped over 30lbs, is in the best shape of his life with all his health markers significantly improved.
