Do You Seek Support When The Challenge Is Too Much To Handle?

Whatever the challenge, there is always an equal amount of support needed to match it.
Is that true?
At what point do you seek support for yourself or your business?
Is it when you are feeling at your worst?
Is it when you can see that the current course of action you are taking is going nowhere?
Or is it when it’s all too late and you feel really desperate?
My observation is that many people are very reticent to ask for any sort of support when the challenges present.
Some people believe that they “should” know the answer to get them out of the current situation and are too embarrassed to ask for help..
Think about this…
When a challenge comes up, what do you do?
Do you identify that you need support with a particular task or do you stick your head in the sand, do nothing, and hope the challenge passes?
Do you lay awake at night worrying about what to do next, or do you tell yourself “I should know a way out of this?”
Support can come to you in many different forms:
Outsource the job to someone who is an expert in their field and will have the job done in no time at all.
Google the solution..
Take time out to reflect on the way forward.
You could bring the matter up at your next Business coaching session. Sometimes getting someone to discuss the matter with you will bring you to a new solution.
The Key to this is to work to your strengths.
Know when you need to outsource the job to an expert in that particular field.
What takes you 3 hours to complete may take the expert 15 minutes to complete.
If the Challenge is 100% then ensure that you seek 100% support to complete the task at hand.
Keep check of your mindset (the 6 inches between your ears), know your limitations.
Watch out for “stinkin thinkin”
Approach your tasks in a playful solution-orientated manner.
Be prepared to stay the course until you find a solution, with or without support from someone else.
