1. Buyer issue official ICPO to the exact quantity.

2. Seller provides original MOU to buyer.

3. Buyer countersign and return the original MOU to seller.

4. Upon seller receipt of the original MOU, Seller emails to buyer the partial POP stated in the MOU for the verification of the availability of the product in the vessel heading to China port.

5. Upon buyers receipt of the documents and verifies the availability of the product on high sea, Buyer pays the sum of $650,000.00 (Six Hundred and Fifty Thousand United States Dollars) to sellers agent company by MT103 T/T.

6. Upon receipt of the payment for the title transfer, Seller transfer the title to the potential buyers company's name and send all outstanding documents to buyer via bank to bank.

7. The product can be re-routed to buyers final discharge port and upon arrival of the vessel, buyer carries out their CIQ inspection and pay for the full product. Note that buyer will deduct the payment for the title transfer from the product total value.

8. Seller and buyer will sign a contract for one year and buyer will NEVER make any upfront payment for the one year transaction.
