Do You Really Want To Change?

As we approach 2018 I've been getting a lot of clients asking ... How do I pick my niche, find my passion, pick an industry to consolidate etc.

Yes ... you can make a list of what you like, what resonates with you or what you have a burning desire to do but that's step two.

The first question is why change?

Most people skip this step and they could write out this year's resolutions and then pull out last year's resolutions and they would look the same.

Why? Because the "Why" to change wasn't important and strong enough.

A great tool to help you get up and personal with the reasons to change a behavior is to use a decisional balance worksheet. Here's an example. Modify it for your behavior or situation you want to change. Sharing it with those close to you will help steel your resolve to accomplish it.

2018 is right around the corner. If I can help just reach out.

To Your Quantum Leap,

Bruce

Great article Bruce!? Question my "Why" is key to understand how strong I really want to achieve a specific goal.
