Great points Devam! CDPs (mostly) were designed to take advantage of data sitting in silos across enterprise to aggregate customer intereaction across all touch points to predict churn, understand intent and likelihood of next purchase, create automatic segmentations and activate engagement across most predictable channels for conversions. Many CDPs had ai and machine learning capabilities built in the platform or provide tools to do so. Understanding real use of AI capabilities for your enterprise is key to successful deployment and getting return on your invested capital.
