4.Structure and function of welding gun

(1) Copper nozzle: Customers can replace corresponding nozzles according to different welding processes (female corner copper nozzle, male corner copper nozzle, wire feeding copper nozzle)

(2) Threaded steel pipe: The threaded pipe can be twisted to adjust the focal length, and the adjustable distance is ±10mm.

(3) Tracheal connector: protective gas blowing port.

(4) Conduction signal line: It communicates with the copper nozzle. When you operate the welder, it should touch the iron plate ground wire to generate a loop, which plays a role of safety protection.

(5) Protective lens installation port: The protective lens is equipped with a water-cooled structure, and the service life of the protective lens is longer. It is recommended to wipe the dust of the protective lens with alcohol and a dust-free cotton swab once a day.

(2) Circulating water circuit: The cold water circulation structure is used to cool the reflective lens and the internal structure of the gun body.

(3) LCD display: used to display whether the parameters set by the system and the motor signal are normal.

(4) Light-emitting trigger button: After changing the handle structure and the position of the trigger button, it can be used for left-handed operation and use, which solves the problem of inconvenient operation for left-handers.

(5) QBH locking sleeve: It is the connection end with the laser QBH, pay attention to cleaning during installation to avoid dust entering the gun body.
